These terms govern your use of the GateHouse website and any evaluation access we grant. Production use of the platform is governed by a separate master subscription agreement and the Data Processing Addendum.
1 · Acceptance
By accessing this website or any GateHouse evaluation environment, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the website or evaluation access.
2 · The website
The website is provided for information. Content may change; we make no warranty that information is complete or current, and forward-looking product statements are not commitments.
3 · Evaluation access
Where we grant evaluation or pilot access, it is provided “as is”, for internal assessment only, and may be suspended or withdrawn at our discretion. Evaluation access does not grant rights to production use.
4 · Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to exfiltrate data across the boundary or circumvent policy enforcement.
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of our systems without written authorisation.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, classification or purpose in a deal context.
- Do not use the service to violate applicable data-protection, competition or export law.
5 · Intellectual property
GateHouse and its licensors own all rights in the platform, website and brand. These terms grant no rights except the limited access expressly described.
6 · Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and evaluation access are provided without warranties, and our liability arising from your use of them is excluded save for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Production commitments live in the subscription agreement.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
