Subprocessors

GateHouse uses a short list of vetted subprocessors for corporate and platform-support functions. Because customer datasets never leave the customer environment, no subprocessor ever processes customer raw data.
None of the subprocessors below can access customer raw data. They support metadata coordination, communications and corporate operations only.
Current subprocessors
- Cloud hosting (EU region) — control-plane metadata hosting and coordination.
- Email & ticketing — sales and support communications.
- Product analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting website usage.
- Payments & invoicing — subscription billing and settlement operations.
- Identity provider — SSO and access management for the console.
Regions
All platform subprocessors are configured for EU/UK data residency by default. Corporate subprocessors that operate outside the UK/EEA do so under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Change notice
We provide advance notice of new or replaced subprocessors to customers under a current DPA, with a window to object. To receive notices, contact privacy@gatehouse.example.
